About Hatchbase
Hatchbase is an open showcase for AI companies, from teams building agents to superintelligence labs. Founders publish one standard profile, and anyone can discover them, see why each one fits, read honest reviews and book a demo with the people who built the product.
Why we built it
There are thousands of AI companies, and finding the right one is slow. Launch sites favour whoever made the most noise this week, company databases sit behind paywalls, and a polished website rarely shows how a product works.
Hatchbase puts every company on the same footing: the same profile, a real demo video, the team behind it, its traction, and reviews from people who have used it or seen it.

How it works
- Explore: browse and filter by sector, stage, region and more.
- AI Match: describe what you need in your own words, typed or spoken, and get ranked companies with the reasons each one fits. Reasons come only from what's on the company's profile.
- Reviews: one honest review per person per company, moderated under our review guidelines. Founders can reply but can't edit or remove reviews.
- Demos: request a time that suits you, and the founder accepts, suggests another time or declines.
What we stand for
- Open to everyone. Browsing, AI Match and every profile, pitch decks included, are free to see without paying.
- Honest signals. Ratings are averages of visible reviews, shown once a company has at least three, and reviews from people who attended a demo through Hatchbase are marked.
- No pay-to-rank. Companies can't buy a higher position in search or AI Match.
During the preview
Hatchbase is in an early preview. While we open it up, some of the companies shown are sample profiles created to show how the platform works; their names, people, numbers and reviews are invented, and the team photos are stock images of models. They will be removed as real companies join.
